I was *over the top* excited for this branding shoot!! Ashlyn was a dream client, and shooting for her was a career HIGHLIGHT. This girl- she is a force to be reckoned with. Wicked smart and one of the sharpest tools in any shed, Ashlyn is a copywriter for creatives- in short, her words help small business owners sell more. She’s the keyboard behind many of our industry’s most successful launches and is both an artist AND an analytic, as well as my business crush. A love for all things French, a former ballerina, and user of thesauruses? Check, check, check.
When Ashlyn and I started talking about brand portraits, one of the things that kept surfacing was how FRUSTRATED she was with her duct-taped-together collection of photos of herself… all from different photographers… all with different editing styles.
So my goal going into her session was to provide a fully-fleshed-out collection of branded photographs. We wanted to illustrate all the different jobs this boss fulfills a daily basis, and I’m proud to say we absolutely, positively knocked it out of the park. A full nine hour day was worth the sore feet and chock-full hard drive, because this girl’s brand has never been more visually cohesive. Whether she’s planning for her next Copywriting for Creatives course launch or searching for artwork for her YouTube channel, we made sure she was covered.
Ashlyn, thank you so very much for trusting me with these! It was truly a privilege to shoot for you, and I hope these photographs serve your business so very thoroughly in the months to come! Let’s do it again soon :).
