I don’t know about you, but on the morning of our wedding, I was more hyper than a four-year-old with a pack of FunDip… probably crossing into “obnoxiously hyper” territory.
Which is why people like Eleanor & Ben are such a sweet breath of fresh spring air! These two were more calm, more at peace on the morning of their wedding than you’d think possible. Hair & makeup was done early, bridesmaids & groomsmen dressed on time, not a hint of anxiety to be found anywhere in the room. Thrilled at the prospect of being husband & wife, steadfast in their commitment, and secure in the knowledge that, at the end of the day, they’d be married. Everything else would fall into place.
Ben & Eleanor, thank you for simply being yourselves and allowing me to capture it all. I loved every single thing about your day, but I think my favorite moment of all was how you savored those first few seconds under the huppah after being announced as husband & wife! Thank you both for the privilege of being your wedding photographer, and for reminding me that slowing down is always sweeter than rushing through. So much love to you both!
