Who knew that high school marching band would result in meeting their future spouse? Or that attending junior prom together would be the last first date of the rest of their lives? After graduating high school, they both attended the University of Texas, and eventually realized that life just wouldn’t be the same without one another. So Tyler proposed, Michelle said yes, and they were married in the same town where Michelle’s parents, grandparents and great-grandparents all said “I do.”
They’ve been married for almost two years, but being a newlywed seems to make time fly and she can’t remember the last time they took a photo together. Tyler and Michelle, high school sweethearts from Austin, TX, were in DC last weekend for a tour of Nationals Stadium. Tyler’s dream is to visit all 30 MLB stadiums, and so Michelle planned ahead for their trip to the nation’s capitol. I’m so glad she e-mailed me because our early-morning session at the Capitol building was so dreamy! Beautiful light, gorgeous colors and one adorably-in-love couple.
Tyler and Michelle, thank you so much for asking me to photograph you all! I hope these images help to make up for the lack of photos from the past two years. Just don’t let another two years go by without documenting life :). xoxo
Seriously attractive couple right here ^
Hey Michelle? I hope it’s not weird that I’m jealous of your legs. There. I said it.
