This post has been a long time coming. I’ve photographed my grandparents, my parents, my brother Ethan and his fiance, my soon-to-be-sister Jessica, but I’d yet to photograph Seth. He’s special to me. Only 15 months younger, I’ve always been fiercely protective of him, yet being the wretched sister I am I’m sure my words were sometimes the ones that stung deepest. And yet Seth’s grown up to be incredibly more mature (most of the time) than I ever would have imagine- this kid is AWESOME. Really one of the coolest people I know. He’s never afraid to call me out when I’m being a jerk, and yet he’s the one who will randomly call me “just to say I love you! And hey, let’s grab lunch soon!”  So while we’ve had our differences (as all siblings do) I know I lucked out.

Seth, you rock. So glad you’re my little brother :).

Ethan (my older brother) and Seth have somewhat recently taken a huge liking to men’s fashion. Ethan actually styled our Harry Potter wedding shoot groom AND the groom from our latest styled shoot (you’ll see that soon!), so his taste in clothing is one I’ve learned to trust. Seth’s picked up on it too and now they both look like a BOSS approximately 25 hours a day. Yes, 25. Seth let me photograph him on the pretext of documenting his fashion, but really? I just wanted to spend the time with him. Moohahaha! And I guess I need to find a different title for any male portrait sessions I do. I doubt Seth takes very kindly to me publicly proclaiming his face as “lovely.”
