Happy Monday everyone! I hope your weekend was as restful as mine was :). Let’s summarize what went down:

• I attempted my first ever self-portrait using my new Canon remote and thought it would be a good idea to include Lily. She was obviously thrilled (see below).
• Another first- I recorded a vlog! That’s video blog, for all you non-techy people out there (like me). But now I can’t figure out how to upload it to WordPress. Any tips/links would be greatly appreciated… or this vlog may never see the light of internet.
• My home office is nearly complete! I had this delusion when we first moved that I’d get the entire thing set up within the first weekend. LIES. We’ve been here for almost three months now and I’m still not finished. But I will be soon! And I can’t wait to share it with you guys!
• A plain bagel + cream cheese is so much better when you don’t toast it. You’re welcome.

My cousin Edwin got married on Saturday! I won’t have the chance to blog their wedding so this pretty little portrait will have to do :).
