Ahhh, Monday. We meet again. And with Lily waking us up earlier and earlier every morning, I can’t pretend I’m as bright-eyed and bushy-tailed  as usual. But no worries! This week is going to ROCK! I’m leaving tomorrow for New Haven, CT, to attend Justin & Mary‘s Walk Through A Wedding workshop (WOOOOO!!!), and on Saturday? These two are getting married! Pardon me if my posts are a bit helter skelter this week- being out of town may throw me off a bit.

As always, some lessons learned from this weekend:

• Always check online for possible construction when planning shoots in DC, else you may show up and find that a gorgeous building with incredible architecture is covered in SCAFFOLDING.
• If you run out of milk & creamer but really want to lighten up your coffee, Readi-Whip is a passable substitute.
• I think I may have an addiction to Anthropologie- I was there three times in two days, and I spent enTIREly too long poring over bowls, plates and chargers!
• Strawberry picking is like a more delicious version of an Easter egg hunt.
• Snow White & The Huntsman- good movie! Not nearly as awkward as the terrible acting in the Twilight flicks.
