Boston. That’s where it all began. Well, technically it was Cambridge, Massachusetts, on the campus of Harvard. They were both there for graduate degrees in business, and after spending time together in section for various projects and study groups, John found himself wanting to spend a bit more time with Emily. Sans books, preferably just the two of them this time. So fast forward to a few years later when John was absolutely sure that she was his future, and where better to do it than back where it all started, back in Cambridge where their love story began?
John & Emily, it was such a joy to spend the morning with you! It’s easy to see that you belong together, and I loved watched how easily you interact, how freely the conversation flows between the two of you. Thank you so much for showing me around Chicago- it is SUCH an incredible city! I cannot wait for your wedding this November!

This session is DEVINE!!! I have been following you for some time and with this session, I can see how far really you come. A friend of mine once told me that you can get a sense of the photographers feelings by what and how he or she captures peoples relationships and when I saw these photos I could totally tell why you are drawn to ballerinas as well as timeless and simple imagery. You truly captured beautiful light, a sweet couple and truly timeless images. Love them all!
