These two need no introduction, because their wedding photographs are STILL circling the interwebs as the day that can’t stop, won’t stop. Kevin & Erica have become two of my favorite people we’ve met as a result of my business- they’re incredible hosts and have this gift for making anyone feel welcome and wanted. Being around them is good for the soul!

We shot their anniversary session at their new home on Capitol Hill after them having enduring a REALLY trying, months-long season of emergency home renovations shortly after they moved in last fall. It was the perfect way to celebrate finally getting settled in their own home, and this sweet season of life as still-newlyweds. Having these two in front of my camera gets better every. single. time. And this relaxed, intimate session produced some of my all-time favorite anniversary portraits.
