The best term I heard used to describe these  “incandescently happy.”The maid of honor used that particular turn of phrase during her toast to the new couple, and the evidence of that joy was written all over- in the adoring way in which Will held his bride close throughout the night, in Karie’s happy tears listening to her sister toast to her jubilation. It was there when Will greeted Karie with tears of his own during their first look, and in the way she seemed most at home in his arms. Theirs was a wedding day full of merriment over two people becoming husband and wife.

Will & Karie, it was such a privilege to document your joyous day! Two people who are, above all, most excited to be married- that’s the whole reason I began shooting weddings in the first place. Your elation, contentment and peace throughout the day made capturing your love a dream. Thank you so very, very much! I hope St. Thomas is treating you to all the rest and relaxation you need!
