I’m so, SO very excited to finally be able to share Joey & Emily’s day with you, now that it’s been published in print! This couple is SO much fun, and their wedding day was such a reflection of their playful-yet-stylish personalities. From the black velvet draping at their reception to the geometric touches throughout the day, to Cupcake the mini horse making an appearance (the cherry on top of a perfect day), every touch breathed edgy elegance. And only Laura of Grit & Grace could have pulled it off so perfectly. My favorite moment from the day was right after Joey & Emily had recessed back down the aisle, when Joey wrapped his bride in the tightest hug and gave her the BIGGEST kiss- this couple was so very happy to finally be Mr. & Mrs. Their joy was palpable and so very contagious!

Joey & Emily, you made my joy easier than I’d have any right to expect, and I can’t thank you enough for the chance to capture your bliss! Thank you for trusting me implicitly (even when it meant freezing a little in those last rays of evening light!), and for being so very joyful during every step of the process. I hope Hawaii was so good to you!!
