It’s Monday again? Already? Seriously- WHERE is the time going? Also, let’s talk about how excited we all are for the blossoms popping up everywhere. I’m SO THRILLED that warmer weather is on its way!!
Because today’s Monday Mash-Up is just an excuse to share a lovely image from Steve and Emilia’s wedding this past weekend, I’ll also shared some lessons I’ve learned over the past 48 hours:
- I seriously underestimated how difficult it would be to find parking in Alexandria at 10:30 am on a Saturday morning. I guess that’s St. Patrick’s fault, though.
- It’s ok if you’ve completely forgotten to carry cash and therefore can’t tip the valet driver, as long as you smile a lot while apologizing profusely
- My coffee did its job this morning- there’s nothing that’ll wake you up quite like your puppy pulling a cup of dark liquid onto a white carpet.
- They should sell Reach flossers in bulk- a 28-pack isn’t enough.
- The HUNGER GAMES comes out this week!! Who’s going to see it at midnight??

Oh gosh lol you had an eventful weekend!! I am definitely including the Hunger Games in my weekend plans, but I don’t think I will see it at midnight! I went to see the last Harry Potter at midnight though…and that was a little much for me.
This is such a beautiful image! I can’t wait to see all the photos!
And I definitely already have my Hunger Games tickets for Saturday night!

Hunger Games. YES!! Will you be dressing up? I’m anticipating lots of Capital attire. I wonder how many people will be kept out of the theater for attempting to bring a bow and arrow in as part of their Katniss costume… something to think about.

eeeek….i cringed at coffee being spilled on white carpet! :-/ but yay for spring weather, a lovely photo & all the to-do about “the hunger games”! (i’ve not read them, but i’m intrigued to see the movie, for sure!)
