The first time I ever saw a photographer’s work on a canvas, I remember thinking “I HAVE to have some of those!” Canvases are different from prints in that they come finished and ready to hang out of the box. No need to spend hours poring over frames and ordering custom displays. The canvas doesn’t need a frame- it comes to you sleek and finished, ready for immediate display.

This 16×24 canvas was ordered for Monica for her birthday (good choice, Chris!) and I was thrilled when  it finally arived. It was my first order from Simply Canvas and I really couldn’t be more pleased! When it comes to canvas sizing, I’m a believer that bigger is better. You can claim a entire wall with one epic photo on a large canvas print.

Matt and I are moving into a larger apartment in January so I’ll finally have my own office (EEEEEK!!!!) and you best believe I’m filling my walls with some of my favorite images.

The canvases are wrapped on a 1 1/2″ thick wooden frame, hence the term “gallery wrap.” They stand out from the wall a little and you’d be surprised by how much attention they’ll receive!
