Ok, so I’ve been shooting film for six years now. Actually, nine years, if you start counting from when I first took a dark room black & white film class! But even though I started shooting color film in 2012, it wasn’t until 2017 that I implemented film into my wedding day workflow. The factors behind that decision is multi-faceted, but one of the reasons was that I was intimidated by the need to carry additional equipment.

I’d always been a one-camera girl on wedding days to keep things streamlined & simple, especially when the timeline is running behind and we have to dash from one spot to the next. The thought of doubling the number of camera bodies I carried seemed cumbersome!

But THEN my friends Devin & Kathryn introduced me to the Holdfast Moneymaker strap, and that changed everything for me! In Episode 8 of Bite-Size Business, I’m breaking down why I love this harness so very much, as well as three things to look out for when you wear one of your own.

P.S. This post isn’t sponsored in any way- I just love this strap so much that I really wanted to share it with you all!

You have my curiosity up! I can see from the photo that it is indeed a harness. I’m glad it makes your life easier on wedding days.
