I knew from the moment her email popped into my inbox that this was going to be one for the books! See, Mary and I went to high school together, and even from our limited interaction back then, I remember her maturity and class. (And the fact that was the first person who could actually pull off the popped collar look that was so en vogue our senior year. But that’s not relevant right now).
Talking with her and Daniel over cocktails after their engagement session got me even more excited for their day- these two are SUCH an interesting couple! They’re both sharp, insightful, patient and kind, and their wedding was a beautiful reflection of the sort of genuine relationships they’ve surrounded themselves with. Elegant & sophisticated, but never stuffy; it was perfectly them.
Mary & Daniel, I can’t thank you enough for the privilege of capturing your joy!! You two made my job unbelievably easy, I wish we could do this all over again. Your ease when side by side, how perfectly you fit together made photographing you two a dream. I hope Italy was everything you wanted and so much more!!
