These two are my kind of people; more excited to be married than to simply have a wedding, thrilled at the prospect of having all their loved ones in the same place for one night, and lovers of relaxed sophistication. I love these two. I knew from our first conversation that I was going to adore them, and their LA engagement session at Manhattan Beach served as absolute confirmation. They’re the definition of “ease” together. Not to say that things are always easy for them, but that the way they interact just feels so effortless.

Their wedding day was no different- everything fell right into place, and their vision of a relaxed but elegant Tuscan wedding in Virginia wine country came to life so beautifully! My favorite part of the day was seeing how at home Steve & Kristin were. With each other, with their  friends & family, and with their new titles of “Mr. & Mrs.” Rather than seeming like a the end of one thing and the beginning of something different, it felt like the continuation of a really, really good story. Complete with celebration, song, and something of most fun dancing I’ve ever seen at a wedding!

Steve & Kristin, I know that wedding days can feel like a blur, and if that’s the case for you two, I hope it was the most beautiful blur you’ve ever experienced.
