This year has been… unreal. God’s sent far more unexpected blessings sent my way than I can count, and I can’t believe how many sweet, crazy-in-love couples I’ve had the honor of meeting and photographing. 2011 was full of enormous growth for me: booking my own weddings, learning to identify my style (still a work in progress!), launching my website, getting my name out in the industry, meeting amazing wedding professionals, my first national publication, the list goes on.
I started out the year as a bit of a wedding photographer wannabe, and I end the year as a proud professional. 2012 is already shaping up to infinitely more amazing and I can’t wait to see where God takes Matt and I on this crazy journey. To every one of my incredible 2011 couples: I can’t thank you enough for trusting me to document your precious memories.
And to everyone that reads the blog? You make my heart really happy. And to everyone that comments on the blog? You make my heart even happier :).
Pardon the formatting on these first few posts, I was getting used to blogging. Also, pardon some of the terrible photography/over-processed editing. It goes along with the whole “identifying my style” thing.
